So, if the customer is facing any fault or suffering any problem from Mi Work, then Mi Work will refund the package amount to the customer's account.

⚠️ Note: If the customer wants to refund the purchase amount for his/her own personal reason, Mi Work cannot refund the customer's purchase amount.
